Lecturer and researcher at the Department of Neurology, School of Medicine and health Sciences, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Dr Turana is former president  of the Indonesian Society of Hypertension as well as Chairman of the Study Group of Neurogeriatrics of the Indonesian Society of Neurology and become Board of Alzheimer Indonesia.  He has also been part of an expert working group on the elderly, established by the Indonesian Ministry of Health, since 2014. He is also board of Medical and scientific advisory panel  Alzheimer disease international and senior researcher in international STRIDE Dementia research.
